Bantam TrailFest is a laid-back, limited-entry trail riding weekend that showcases all 235 acres of trails Bantam purchased in 2020. Registered Jeeps will hit the trails for epic activities like the Jeepers Creepers Night Crawl,  trail ride sessions right on the property, Jeep Playground, Out of This World Jeep Decorating Contest and BBQ and Booze!

As a vendor, you’ll be right in the middle of the action on Saturday and Sunday—meeting Jeep enthusiasts face-to-face, sharing your products, and soaking in the Bantam community vibe. Our vendor area is FREE and open to the public, giving you exposure far beyond TrailFest participants.

All vendor booth spaces are available for a flat rate ($100) — no matter the size. Choose the footprint that works for your setup and start connecting with hundreds of Jeep enthusiasts and the general public.

Vendor Area Rules

• Booth hours are Sat. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sun. 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Opening during the Night Crawl on Fri. evening is optional (bring battery operated lights for your booth unless you purchase electric).
• Set-Up time - Fri. Oct. 9 from 9-12
• Vehicles may not move inside the vendor area during TrailFest hours. If you arrive after the vendor area opens at 9 a.m., you will not be permitted to park in your booth.
• Tents must fit inside the booth size you select in your registration (not including anchor ropes). If you plan to park a vehicle in your booth space, it must fit in the booth dimensions you have reserved. A vendor parking area will be located nearby. There will not be space available to park behind your booth.
• All vendor booths must be properly anchored in case of high winds or storms.
• Electric - An extra fee will be charged for those who need electric and will be provided by generators only. Electric is provided ONLY to run lights, computers, music, etc. and may ONLY be used during TrailFest hours. Anyone in violation of these rules will be required to disconnect and find their own power source and fuel.
• Vendors are not permitted to bring their own side by sides, quads, golf carts, etc.
• Aggressive marketing tactics are not permitted. All employees must remain in your booth space.
• All amplified sound from a booth must be at a reasonable volume so as not to impede personal discussions at neighboring booths.
• Shipments of booth materials cannot be accepted.
• Booths must be disassembled and trucks packed and ready to exit the property no later than 4 p.m. on Sunday.
• Food and Beverages (including bottled water) are not permitted to be sold by merchandise vendor or sponsor booths.
• Failure to abide by all rules will result in expulsion from the Festival with no refund.
